A lot of items are hand made to order, mugs and tumblers I will always endeavour to dispatch within 1-3 working days (at busy periods this may take a little longer) Personalised items please allow 7 working days for dispatch. Currently everything is sent via Royal Mail First Class post so please add 1-2 working days for delivery.
